After School Program (Serving Grades K-4)

Enroll your child in our after school program today! Youth will join old and new friends for supervised activities from 3-5:30 p.m. on regular school days.  Weekly activities include arts/crafts, gym games, swimming, outside play (weather permitting), character building activities, performance arts, and homework time. Healthy snacks are provided.

Transportation Information

Lowell, Harrison, Garfield, Riverside, and Discovery Woods

ISD 181 transportation is provided from school to the Brainerd YMCA (Pine & 7th) where our Y staff will meet them off the bus. A bus pass through ISD181 is required. ISD 181 only allows one evening bus stop per child. Guardians are required to obtain the Bus Pass at https://www.isd181.org/transportation-home

Baxter Elementary

The YMCA shuttle picks the children up from Baxter Elementary, and brings them to the YMCA. 

 

Rates

Minimum of a 4 day a week registration. All rates are prorated to account for short school weeks, and 1/2 days. Non-school days have a separate registration.

Lowell, Garfield, Riverside, & Harrison

5 day a week registration: $55 a week for YMCA Members/$65 a week for Community Members

4 day a week registration: $48 a week for YMCA Members/$56 a week for Community Members

Baxter with Bussing

Flat weekly rate: Member $60/Non-member $70

Hours of Operation

Follows Brainerd's School Calendar (ISD 181),  Monday through Friday on regular scheduled school days from 3-5:30pm.
