NEW! STRETCH AND STRENGTH

Train with a Physical Therapist to help prevent injuries and progress past plateaus. This brand new 8 session program will be done in a small group format of 8 or less people. Focus will be on spinal and lower extremity flexibility, hip, leg, and core strength, balance and stability.

REGESTRATION IS OPEN for Youth Gymnastics, Indoor Soccer, and Basketball. Spots filled for all these programs last session, so register ASAP so your child gets a spot. All sports will start after the beginning of the YEAR!

GROUP FITNESS

With over 65 classes offered a week, we have a class that is right for YOU! We offer a variety of group fitness classes for almost every ability and interest. You'll find low-impact and beginner classes, strength training, cardio fitness, dance, Pilates, cycle, yoga and boot camps.

SWIM LESSONS

These lessons start with water safety and basic swimming competency.  Kids progress to learn about the four competitive swimming strokes.  Once completed, they will have the opportunity to expand their swimming skills with our Pathways program.  Registration Opens Wednesday, June 1st at midnight.
