CLASSES AT THE Y ON GULL

WE'RE OFFERING FITNESS CLASSES AT THE Y ON GULL!  It’s shaping up to be a hot summer at the Y on Gull! We’ve added more yoga classes in July and now have two nights of indoor cycling. Where are our ’spinners’ at? Check out the link and register for our upcoming classes. Classes are free for members, but registration is required. Drop in options are available for community members. We can't wait to see you at the lake!

REGESTRATION OPENS for Summer Sports on April 1st. Summer sports will include 3 on 3 Basketball, Family Pickleball, T-ball, Soccer, and Flag Football. We will also be hosting a summer Volleyball Camp.

SWIM LESSONS

These lessons start with water safety and basic swimming competency.  Kids progress to learn about the four competitive swimming strokes.  Once completed, they will have the opportunity to expand their swimming skills with our Pathways program.

GROUP FITNESS

With over 65 classes offered a week, we have a class that is right for YOU! We offer a variety of group fitness classes for almost every ability and interest. You'll find low-impact and beginner classes, strength training, cardio fitness, dance, Pilates, cycle, yoga and boot camps.
