Rollga Restore Classes- (Feb 20-March 30)
Rollga restore is a 30 minute class designed to restore the body by increasing the blood and oxygen flow to the facia and muscle tissues, through functional movements and assessments while incorporating stretching, foam rolling, breathing and visualization techniques.
