A Great Workout Your trainer will put you through an hour workout based on your desired results. Perfect for someone who wants to shake things up, try something new or go to the next level in their training. May be based on fat burning, strength, cardio, body-part specific, etc.

Program Design Your trainer will discuss your goals with you and design a program based on what you enjoy and what is effective and efficient in reaching those goals. A good option for intermediate or advanced fitness enthusiasts who just need a good program to follow.

Combination A brief discussion of goals with program design and workout. Perfect for the novice or intermediate individual with a desire to learn some fresh exercises. Your trainer will provide you with a basic workout tailored to your specific goals and educate you on exercises, proper form and weight selection.

Consultation Your trainer will assist you with your health and fitness goals by answering your questions and/or discussing various options with you. Body measurements, assessments and fitness levels can be tested. Appropriate for those who wish to find out where they're at in their program or for those who wish to overcome barriers and/or training plateaus. May include nutritional education, motivation and positive habits for continued good fitness and health.


Three Session Package - Reduced rate

YMCA Members Fit for Two: $42.00 per session
Community Members: $64.00 per session
Includes ONE of the following options:

3 Great Workouts Your trainer will put you through a 45 minute to 1 hour workout based on your desired results. Perfect for someone who wants to shake things up, try something new or go to the next level in their training. Can be based on fat burning, strength, cardio, body part specific, etc.

Program Design and 3 Great Workouts Your trainer will discuss your goals with you and design a program based on what you enjoy providing an effective and efficient program to reach your goals. Hands-on education on exercise performance and proper form will be provided as well as three productive workouts. A good option for beginning to advanced fitness enthusiasts who want a great workout with someone to motivate and coach.

Periodized Programming Perfect for advanced fitness enthusiasts who wish to meet only once per month for a new program and workout. Includes brief monthly consultation to discuss goals, and progression of fitness levels. Includes 3 workouts, one per month.

Program Design Your trainer will custom design a program that will help you reach your fitness goals as effectively and efficiently as possible. Choose from one or multiple program options depending on what works for you.

Free E-Consultations Consultations via e-mail to answer your health and fitness questions. Additionally, phone calls and meetings may be arranged when appropriate.

Free Assessments Measurements, body fat testing and fitness levels may be periodically tested to check your progress.

Premiere Package - Reduced rate

Includes ALL of the following options:

20 Great Workouts Engage in twenty 45 minute to one hour sessions based on your goals and exercise preferences. Intensity levels based on fitness level and goals. Schedule sessions daily, weekly or monthly depending on goals and needs. May also be used for areas of special interest (specific sports focus, etc.) or problem areas (abs, shoulders, etc.). Proper form, exercise, progression and weight selection will always be addressed.

Periodized Program Design Your trainer will custom design a series of short-term program phases (microcycles) to optimize desired results over a longer period such as four months to a year (macrocycle). Not only will the plan help you reach your fitness goals as effectively and efficiently as possible, a lifetime fitness habit may be put in place. Choose from one or multiple program options depending on what works for you. Also keeps workouts fresh!

Free E-Consultations Consultations via e-mail to answer your health and fitness questions. Additionally, phone calls and meetings may be arranged when appropriate.

Healthy Menu Get some favorite healthy recipes geared toward weight loss, weight gain, good health, etc. Includes a list of nutritious and healthy foods, recipes and general guidelines. Will research healthy versions of your favorite dishes!
