Everyone at the Brainerd Family YMCA appreciates your loyal membership and for making us a part of your life.

In an effort to improve our services to you, we will be updating our entire computer system to better serve your future needs. We have been working on this project for several months and are excited for the new opportunities it will bring you, and us.

The YMCA recently went "live" with a new membership, program, and donor software called Daxko. Over 370 YMCAs across the country are now using this proven effective web-based technology. With all of these changes, we are most excited about our new ON-LINE registration option for some of your favorite classes and programs beginning November 1st. Our intent is to add more on-line programs, classes and membership renewals as we evolve. On-line registration information will be found on our website shown below.

In order to effectively update phone numbers, addresses, birthdates, emergency contacts, etc., we need your help:

1. Please fill out and sign (2 pages) a new membership application and return to our Member Services Desk by October 31st. As a thank-you for your prompt response you will receive 2 One-Week guest passes to give to a friend or family member.

2. All members will need to have their photo taken or re-taken; so please plan ahead to take time to do this before or after your workout.

3. To help reduce rising mailing costs, we will be limiting the amount of mailings. We will be communicating electronically as much as possible. Your email address will help us keep you up to date on our programs, services and promotions (all email addresses will not be shared or sold). If you do not have email, we will gladly send you important information.

If you are a Community Member who participates in our programs, or are a guest planning to visit us, please download and complete this form and return it to the YMCA front desk so we may enter you into our computer system for future program registrations. This will help speed up the process when you register in person, or online in the future.

We appreciate your patience and understanding with this conversion as we look forward to serving your needs more efficiently in the future.
