New to Fitness? No Problem!
The YMCA has classes and programs for ALL FITNESS LEVELS... even if you are brand new to fitness. We also know that getting started is sometimes the hardest part of starting a new wellness program! Stop in for a tour and let us show you what we have to offer!


Our group fitness classes have never been better!! Our fabulous new airconditioned studio includes a beautiful neo-shock absorbtion maple floor, top of the line sound system, mirrored walls, ballet barres as well as a variety of fitness equipment!! Each class promotes cardio endurance, strength and flexibility. Let our certified fitness instructors help you get fit in a fun, safe and motivating environment. Required: Indoor only aerobic shoes, proper work out attire and a little motivation! All fitness levels welcome!!

Reserve your bike with Member Services today! Radical rides are $5; all fees go directly into the Group Cycle Maintenance fund.



Deep Water Aquacise
This is a deep water class in which all participants wear a buoyancy belt provided by the YMCA. The water's resistance provides a great non-impact workout for all fitness levels.
M- F 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Active Adult Aquacise
This class provides a total body workout using the resistance of the water in the shallow end of the pool. Support of the water allows little strain or jarring of the joints. Benefits include cardiovascular endurance, muscle strengthening and flexibility. No swimming skills necessary.
M, W, F 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Aqua Combo
A combination of deep (with flotation devices) and shallow water exercises for a total body workout.
M, W, F 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.


If you're asking yourself, "Where do I start? How do I begin?" this is a program for you! Certified personal training offers in-depth education and motivation needed to guide you toward life long fitness goals. This program offers one-on-one personalized instruction. Each session is specifically targeted for your fitness needs. The one-hour sessions are scheduled at your convenience. Call the Y for more information or to set up an appointment with one of our certified personal trainers.

Get fit in the air conditioned comfort of our state of the art Cardio Wellness Center!

The Cardio Wellness Center accommodates all fitness abilities with it's wide variety of exercising options. Youth and children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the Wellness Center. All members must have a Cybex orientation before utilizing the weight machines.

Cybex & Free Weights
Muscle strengthening and conditioning is statistically proven to be a vital component of a wellness program. Our Cybex and free weight equipment will help you attain these goals. Every muscle can learn its workout potential in this room! A Cybex Orientation will teach you proper machine settings and the safe effective way to tone and build muscle strength. Cybex and Cardio machine orientation appointments are available at the front desk. Anyone 13 yrs. & older may use free weight room which includes the following equipment:

*14 stations of Cybex VR2 selectorized Weight Machines (will strengthen and tone entire body)
*Squat Box
*Magnum Smith Machine
*Cable Crossover (high/low pulley)
*Pec dec
*Preacher Benches
*Leg Press
*Lateral Pull
*T-bar row
*Seated calf
*Magnum assisted chin/dip
*Magnum back extension
*Also Inclded: Dumbells, fitballs, medicine balls, ab straps, bars, benches and a variety of attachments.
