GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES ARE FREE TO YMCA MEMBERS

New to Group Fitness?? Arrive to class early please let instructor know you are new. Dress in comfortable workout attire. Wear supportive inside only shoes designed for that activity. Drink water before during and after class. Instructors will show different levels and modifications, workout at your own level. Feel free to ask instructor for help.

Group Power has been at our YMCA for 11 years, and will now be called STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER. These classes will now be FREE with your YMCA membership effective immediately!

NEW to our group fitness class schedule is Balance & Flex Together, a choreographed 60 minute mind-body workout.  It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility and the core.  Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body fitness journey.  THIS CLASS IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR YMCA MEMBERSHIP!
