Our fabulous new airconditioned studio includes a beautiful neo-shock
absorbtion maple floor, top of the line sound system, mirrored walls,
ballet barres as well as a variety of fitness equipment!! Each class
promotes cardio endurance, strength and flexibility. Let our certified
fitness instructors help you get fit in a fun, safe and motivating
environment. Required: Indoor only aerobic shoes, proper work out

Group Power is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program
strengthens all your major muscles in an inspring, motivating
group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.

GROUP CYCLE
Climb on one of our Lemond Revmaster indoor
cycles, move your legs and you'll burn calories like crazy,
improve your cardiovascular endurance and build strength.
Our Certified Fitness instructors will take you through a
low impact workout that closely resembles a ride encountering
the challenge of flats, seated climbs, standing climbs and
intervals all while maintaining the ability to go at your
own pace. This class is also great for those who are training
for a cycling event. With no complicated moves to learn and
inspiring music in a motivating group environment you'll find
yourself having a blast while creating a leaner, stronger
body. Arrive to class at least 15 minutes early so we can
get your bike properly set for you.

Our giant stability balls aren't just for sit-ups
anymore! Place a fitness ball on some risers grab a set of
drumsticks and add percussion to your aerobic workout routine!
Drums Alive! aims to mix aerobic dance with percussion to
boost concentration and motor skills coming from the brain,
while still challenging your body.
Drums Alive! is a unique sensory/motor program
that is designed to give the mind and body instant feedback
through continuous movement and rhythmical flow. It is a program
that utilizes "whole brain" - "whole body"
thinking by developing sensory motor reflexes and kinesthetic
awareness. The physiological and psychological benefits are
numerous including: those found in traditional forms of aerobic
fitness, but drumming has also been found to improve and increase
the neurological connection between the 2 brain hemispheres.
This synchronization of the hemisphere has been shown to stimulate
alpha brain wave activity which can lead to higher levels
of concentration sensory, motor improvement, and an overall
sense of well being.
Drums Alive! class design starts with a warm-up
and moves into power beats (cardiovascular training) then
you take it down to wellness beats (slower rhythmical beats)
and finishes with cool down and relaxation.
Classes currently offered are Power Beats and
Silver Beats.

This is a deep water class in which all participants wear a buoyancy
belt provided by the YMCA. The water's resistance provides a great
non-impact workout for all fitness levels.
M- F 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
This class provides a total body workout using the resistance of
the water in the shallow end of the pool. Support of the water allows
little strain or jarring of the joints. Benefits include cardiovascular
endurance, muscle strengthening and flexibility. No swimming skills
necessary.
M, W, F 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
A combination of deep (with flotation devices) and shallow water
exercises for a total body workout.
M, W, F 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

training offers in-depth education and motivation needed to guide
you toward life long fitness goals. This program offers one-on-one
personalized instruction. Each session is specifically targeted
for your fitness needs. The one-hour sessions are scheduled at your
